Breakfast, not as often now, but when you break your fast that's the meal that is important...so breakfast remains the most important meal.

This explains what I found works. Never thought I could skip breakfast. ONLY WORKS ON KETO true (but it got easier to fall off the wagon and have some breakfast with a few berries, only occasionally, months and months later) Counter culture eh? Keep the starchy carbs out and DRINK WATER and more IF YOU DON’T FEEL GOOD. PUT A HALF A TEASPOON OF GOOD SALT in the water. KEEP THE CARBS OUT. BODY BURNS CARBS FIRST. (He did not fit the water thing into the video...Très importante!!!) It is easier than one thinks. Two meals or less a day is good at least for this old person to keep the pounds off... No snacking yes! My friend Melody can even wait until mid afternoon to eat. We are both trying to achieve autophagy.



I know drinkng Bullet Proof coffee can put you out of ketosis or spike your insulin. I found it helpful before I had the courage to completely fast in the mornings.


He mentions the dangers of maltodextrin affecting insulin...Can you believe I found the salt packets in Tim's contain maltodextrin.
